1. We revised several attributes for all the netCDF files in this version as follows.

   (3) :Description = "The horizontal wind data in the mesosphere and lower thermosphere 
                       (70-110 km) estimated from the meteor wind radar at Kototabang, Indonesia 
                       (0.20S, 100.32E, 865m MSL). The wind data are calculated from the original 
                       observation data with a weighting function. They are stored in the netCDF 
                       (network Common Data Form) file named Wk(year)(month).(resolution).nc or 
                       Wk(year)(month)(day).(resolution).nc. The resolution abbreviations are 
                       h2t60min00, h2t60min30, h4t60min00 and h4t60min30. For example, the h2t60 
                       means weighted average with Gaussian factors over +/-2 km in height and 
                       +/-60 minutes in time. The min00 shows that the center of the Gaussian 
                       window corresponds to 00 minute of every hour. The intervals of the wind 
                       data are every 2 km and 60 minutes. The netCDF file includes time, height, 
                       zonal and meridional winds, standard deviations of zonal and meridional 
                       winds, and number of meteor trails used to determine the horizontal wind."

Version 1.1.1 (October 18, 2011)
===================================

1. Time information of all the 1-month data (version 1.1) was incorrect due to 
   the failure of time calculation. In the version 1.1.1, we revised time data 
   for all the 1-month netCDF data.

2. The 1-month netCDF files (version 1.1) listed below also contained data gaps 
   and incorrect data. We replaced them with correct ones.

   Wk200701.h4t60min00.nc, Wk201107.h2t60min30.nc, Wk201107.h4t60min30.nc

3. Since the 1-day netCDF files (version 1.1) listed below contained incorrect data, 
   we replaced them with correct ones.

   Wk20110714.h2t60min30.nc, Wk20110714.h4t60min30.nc
   Wk20110729.h2t60min30.nc, Wk20110729.h4t60min30.nc

Version 1.1 (July 29, 2011)
============================

1. The information of time was incorrect due to the confusion of local time with
   universal time in the previous version. In the present version, we revised 
   time data and attributes to universal time for all the netCDF files. Detailed 
   revisions are shown below.

 (1) We revised the time data to hours since midnight of the first day of every month.
     (In the previous version, the time data was hours since 1992-10-27 17:00:00.)

 (2) We revised the attributes of time as follows.

     time:long_name = "Local time" -> "Universal time"
     time:units = "hours since 1992-10-27 17:00:00"
                 -> "hours since 2002-11-01 00:00:00 +00:00"

 (3) The global attribute ':StartDate = "2002-11-15T08:00:00"' was revised to
     ':StartDate = "2002-11-15T15:00:00"'.

 (4) The global attribute ':History = "Data version 1.1"' was added.

2. We recompiled netCDF files from the newly derived text data for all the observation
   periods. Please refer to the release note for text data
  (Release_note_kototabang_text_data.txt) about the detailed revisions.

3. We added netCDF files of each day.
   The time data are hours since midnight of every day.

Version 1.0 (June 13, 2011)

1. 1-month netCDF data were released on June 13, 2011.
